About Michael

For eight years Michael Johnston co-owned and led a successful real estate business in Warrnambool, VIC. The annual profit for the business grew to $700,000 at a time when most real estate businesses struggled.

In 1999, Michael sold his share of the business to move to Melbourne, where he joined the company that was to become Pittard Training. His role was to advise and consult with real estate business owners on how to find and train salespeople to make more sales. More importantly, how to keep some of that money for themselves – to be confident on making good profits.

He continued in that role for twenty years, leaving in 2020 to pursue other interests.
